“Recovery Protection: Rewiring the Brain for Sustainable Recovery” What if relapse prevention alone isn’t enough? Early recovery is not just about avoiding substances - it’s about rewiring the brain. This training introduces the Recovery Protection model, a neuroscience-informed approach that helps professionals shift from fear-based “don’t use” language to identity driven, strengths-based change. Participants will learn how the brain heals, how thought patterns shape neural pathways, and how to intentionally build protective circuits that support lasting recovery.

The group will include educational information, music and meditation. Participants may process personal insights and engage in Q&A. Handouts will be provided.
